build.neon.kde.org pangea config

Hi,
I am trying to remove old kpublictransport jobs as it moved to extras. Sadly 
my pangea-jenkins.json no longer works. I tried to generate a new jenkins key 
but user config just times out on me giving me a proxy error. Am I missing 
permissions or something?
