This does not work
plasma-discover appstream://org.kde.kphotoalbum

But this does
plasma-discover appstream://org.kde.kphotoalbum.desktop

The relevant appstream file has
<id>org.kde.kphotoalbum</id>
which hasn't changed since 2018-02

neon user archive has  (but I'm on unstable which doesn't have appstream?)
ID: org.kde.kphotoalbum

No mention of kphotoalbum in
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/bionic/main/dep11/Components-amd64.yml.gz

But the CLI tool thinks it can find the .desktop which matches discover
>appstreamcli search kphotoalbum
Identifier: org.kde.kphotoalbum.desktop

Where is the CLI tool and Discover finding the org.kde.kphotoalbum.desktop
when the app uses org.kde.kphotoalbum?
