Packaging issue with PyQt5 (missing file)

Hello everyone.

I want to report an issue with a package from neon, specifically
python3-dbus.mainloop.pyqt5 (which comes from PyQt5)

On regular Debian/Ubuntu packages, we have this:

*$ dpkg -L python3-dbus.mainloop.pyqt5 | grep
linux/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/dbus/mainloop/pyqt5.cpython-34m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so
<http://pyqt5.cpython-34m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so>*

That file is missing in neon.

Some of my applications use this module. They work pretty on regular Ubuntu
but not on neon :(
Hopefully it's easily fixable.
