I can't install qtcurve

As stated by Jonathan yesterday, this is not built in Neon apart from in
the developer-gitunstable edition.

If you are using 'user' release or LTS Neon version, or git-stable, then
you will not have a Neon rebuild of Qtcurve against the Qt 5.7.1 version
used in Neon.

Instead you will only have the default ubuntu repository version of
qtcurve available, which will not be installable on Neon due to it
depending on the older Qt 5.5.1 ABI.

The Kwin decoration for Qtcurve is long gone and is no longer available
in Qt5 builds.
