No installer in latest UE ISO neon-useredition-20170302-1153-amd64.iso

Hi all,

I just downloaded the latest ISO for User Edition to install on my new
laptop.

It looks like there's no installer? Or at least no launcher on desktop/menu.

May somebody have a look at this please?
