Patch For MLT, Fixes Crash of Kdenlive on Exit

With the 17.04 release of kdenlive, the editor crashes on exit. Reproduce
it by opening the editor, and then closing it. It crashes every time. This
is because there is a bug with MLT. I have attached a patch for mlt that
fixes the crashing. It has been little less then a year since mlt had a
stable release, and I have no idea when the next release will occur, so
this patch maybe useful to prevent crashing of the video editor.
