Override Neon's MirrorBrain archive mirror location?

Hello,

I believe Neon uses the MirrorBrain system to connect you to a nearby
archive mirror and in my case (I'm in India) it connects me to a Singapore
mirror (cdn77.com) but my ISP has poor speeds to Singapore.

A while back it seemed to traceroute to a mirror in Germany (hetzner.de)
which was not great but OK and much better than the Singapore mirror, even
though it's physically farther away.

Is there any way for me to force the "archive.neon.kde.org" mirror to pick
the Europe mirror(s) or am I stuck with MirrorBrain's auto selection?
