Patch for neon-desktop, improving out of the box emoji support. (neon release)

I while I hate emojis, I hate having those "symbol not supported"
rectangles even more. Visit
http://www.fileformat.info/info/emoji/browsertest.htm , on a fresh neon
install, and you will see what I mean. This patch fixes the emoji issue by
including another font already in the ubuntu archives.
