Patch for SDDM (neon release), backported user avatar fix (from neon stable)

The current release versions of neon are affected by an issue where SDDM
will not show the user's avatar. There is a fix that is the stable version
of neon, but not in the release versions of neon. Here is a patch that
backports that fix.
