Please have neon-desktop depend on fonts-symbola, similar to how kubuntu-desktop does.

I have been bringing this up multiple times. Out of the box neon is
different from kubuntu or any other Ubuntu based distro in that there is no
emoji support out of the box. This makes browsing the web slightly ugly /
unusable since the emojis wont render, leaving empty boxes.
