The "Fonts" catagory in the seeds don't get generated, also redundant fonts in "supporting bits"

Is there a way to include fonts-symbola with the required fonts like noto
and hack? Already ran this by Mr. Riddell, it is a font that enables emoji
support, an apparently Kubuntu already ships with it. I thought adding it
to the fonts category would work, but I don't know what is going on
anymore.
