master on jenkins offline ( space issues again )

I am afraid it is back in same state again..

Main users of the space is,

- iso jobs
- appstream jobs having aptly repository copy

I can cleanup the aptly-repository but I believe cleanup is commented
out in job so I am not sure what to do about it..
