Add kolourpaint to Neon

Hi,

this nice litte application was ported to KF5 and is very usefull as a "low 
end" paint programm. 
The more advanced ones are not started yet when kolourpaint has already 
finished a simple job.

The program itself compiles under Neon without worries.

Is it possible to include it into Neon?
