[neon] qt 5.6.0 usedition testing

it's a recommends and grepping the code it is still used however with us moved to packagekit possibly it's not used in our compile any more

libdiscover/backends/ApplicationBackend/libmuonapt/QAptActions.cpp:    const QString editor = QStandardPaths::findExecutable(QStringLiteral("software-properties-kde"));
