UPDATES FROM LAST VERSION I PULLED TODAY: 

neon-desktop: 4+git20160311.1605+15.10
plasma-desktop: 4:5.5.4+git20160314.1001+15.10-0
plasma-widgets-addons: 4:5.5.4+git20160311.0122+15.10-0 

The issue with the system tray being blank on login is no longer a problem (for
me anyways) it loads up immediately. 

There is no problem with the redraw issue either. The system tray no longer
goes blank interaction. 

ISSUE REMAINING:
GTK Icons still not interactive and display smaller than the rest and slightly
overlapped by icons around them.
