I upgraded to KDE neon from fresh kubuntu amd64 with last updates. Standard
Neon system haven't some translating. I try install translate in Localization
menu, but they haven't any language.
Then i try install standard package for translate for my language on terminal:

sudo apt install kde-l10n-ru

After this system try to delete this packages:

neon-desktop plasma-desktop plasma-desktop-data

I think it's normal and very dangerous that simple content packages delete all
system. Maybe it was some problem with depending with kubuntu? Sorry if it's no
so critical.
