[neon] Neon and Me

I regrettably must remove myself from this project. I was promised a smooth
transition away from Kubuntu to Neon. And instead, Jonathan continues to
make direct attacks to Canonical. I am desperately seeking employment and
absolutely cannot be stuck in the middle of a war. Perhaps in the future if
things settle down I will revisit the project.
