    Move Peruse from kdereview to extragear/graphics
    
    Also define some extra metadata (such as the bugzilla bits), as it's
    useful to have and it was there to be added, so why not.
    
    Peruse has been in review from 2020/09/15 until 2020/10/23, and received
    no dissenting comments, so it seems like this should be fine.
