    Plasma modules: track LTS i18n branches, cleanup
    
    - track the i18n branch for modules part of the LTS release
      under the stable_lts_kf5 label;
    - cleanup the old 4.x branches, no more used (the default "none"
      should automatically apply).
    
    Closes #4
