Chain result upon equal clicked

Modify behavior to load last calculation result into the input display
when "equal" is clicked, this will also create a new entry in the history
panel. After loading the result this can be used for further calculations.

Also update behavior of "M+", "M-", "MS" and "Dat" to be compatible with
the new changes.

Better numeral system view UI

Changes:

1. The group of radio buttons for selecting the numeral system is replaced with a combo box.
2. The numeral system view is placed to the right of this combo box and fills the entire available width, allowing to show more information.
3. Each element of the numeral system view has a context menu for copying its value.

This commit improves the UI for selecting and viewing the numeral system. First, the selection of the current numeral system now looks like a QComboBox instead of a group of QRadioButton, which frees up space for the numeral system view.

Only show base label while on "Numeral system" mode

Since in all modes but "Numeral system" the base is fixed and expected
to be 10, showing this label is just noise and looks specially bad on the
"Simple" mode.

Better looking error messages

Error messages for invalid inputs are formatted and also more specific
depending on the type of error.

Also cleaned dead code in the display class.

Set error Index for edge cases

Set error index to last token as a workaround for cases that escape
initial error parsing. This does not sets the exact index where the
error is located but for now avoids unexpected seg-fault erros.
