update branding for breezelight

the new breeze is bit meh in my opinion. what happens is that a toolbar
is drawn in a slightly different shade of grey than the rest of the
window and the window decoration matches that color. to match what we
did before we'll use this slightly different shade of grey as background
for the sidebar. unfortunately the way breeze determines when to apply
the shade of grey can't be influenced through the stylesheet (which
would allows us to stop hardcoding the color) so we still hardcode it.
on the plus side since now everything is a grey soup we no longer need
to twiddle the sidebar text color since the default colors are legible
both with selection and without. overall I'd say it looks less
impressive than before but such is the life of the breezelight gang.
