More than two weeks has passed with no regression report, so, is time
to the libs to stable repository.

> I'd like to let you know that Qt 5.2.1 patch 1 libs were uploaded to
> *testing* repository. This patch *only* updates the "gnustl_shared"
> library to the newest version (from NDK r9d), it
> fixes https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-37262.

> In order to test the new libs, please install and run "Ministro
> Configuration Tool"[1] and switch to testing repository. All existing apps
> should run *without any changes* (e.g. no recompilation). Because this is just a
> patch release, the libs will stay in *testing* repository only for two weeks,
> and if nobody report any *regression* we'll move them to *stable*
> (Ministro's default repository).
