Necessitas fix for Android 4.4

Hello,

 I uploaded a fix for Android 4.4 to testing repository. Please
install and run "Ministro Configuration Tool" and switch to Testing
repository.  Ministro Configuration Tool can be found here

Please test and report any successes/problems you've found. This is
not a new release, it just fixes the OpenGL Android plugin for Android
4.4+ !

If everything goes well, I'll upload the patch to stable repository ASAP.
