HOWTO qt app without ministro

It's not the act of building LGPL libraries that makes you responsible
for complying with the LGPL, it's the act of distributing them that
does this. Using Ministro leaves this responsibility with the
Necessitas project.
I'd also be wary about paying too much attention to the noisy
complaining minority on app stores, for they are just that. Ignoring
them is IMHO, the sanest option.
