windows installer test issues

The rm is the clue ... for some reason my build is not using the win32
options and features. I tried a clean path with no success. Any other
suggestions?

I didn't try the demos yet. It shouldn't be using rm etc, but del etc
instead. Do you have sh.exe or bash.exe in any folders in your path? if
so try moving it/them out of the way, or edit necessitas.bat so that it
sets a 'clean' path and launch that way. Also try a new project rather
than a demo.
