windows installer test issues

Installer completed ok on Win7 professional.

Tried to compile QtDemo dmeo program, and got the following compile
output:

There was no output in the build window.

 

This was done with a shadow build. I get the same results as a
non-shadow build.

f', needed by `Makefile'.  Stop.
