At exit OpenGL crash

Hm. I got no clue what's going on there either :)
I wanted to investigate but I had not time the last month or so.

Besides that ... I looks like a hack to fix the problem :)
But it's something in the lower levels of Qt and it's a good enough fix for now! :)

For upstream one (I hope I find some time after devdays ... but as I know my boss it's unlikely :D) would need to find the real cause of this.

   I pushed a workaround [1] for this issue, please let me know if looks ok to you, to be honest, I didn't had time to really understand what is going one, but at least is not crashing anymore :)
