 It's not good, we MUST build it form source! That library is there only for testing propose and it can not be shipped with Ministro. I don't know if has any GPL code in it, if it has, the whole library will be GPL, this means that every library (QtMoility, Qt itself)  and program (all your applications) which depends on it MUST be GPL !

For me personally is not a problem, I love the GPL license more than any license, but there are not too many like me, so we must be VERY careful what we ship !

The very first step to fix this issue is to build ffmpeg using our build scripts or (even better) to integrate it into QtMobility and build it using qmake, it should not be very difficult, but it will take some time to do it (which, sadly,  I don't have it now), so if you (or some one else) have some time, please try to build ffmpeg.
