QtCreator deploying on actual devices

Hi all,
now that I finally have some actual physical Android hardware I wanted
to play with Qt on that. However I am wondering how I can deploy from
QtCreator directly to the device.

At the moment an 'AVD' is used and when I press the run button Qemu is
started ...

Did I miss something?
