Changes

After some more testing, it appears that in some case, only a part of the chart was printed. This is now fixed. The generated .pdf looks great with all the examples located in the test/data/ directory.

When pressing Ctrl+P or toggling the print action, a print preview dialog will appear, letting the user customize the printing settings.
