Request for assistance

Good afternoon.

I downloaded version 2.2.0, both the desktop and portable versions. And I
have a couple of problems.

First, the “Legend” tab appears empty in the left panel.

Second, when I click on the labels to see the information for that
location, an empty pop-up window appears, showing only the close button and
a printer symbol.

This does not happen in version 1.5.

I would like to know how to fix this.
