[Marble] WMAP map

Hi,

Nice work. And it's surprising that "space" even works in this case (although
I had some plans for it already) :-)

We'd like to distribute this map via GHNS but there are a few things that need
to be changed:

* Each dgml file needs to state the Terms of Use / license for the map. I
guess it's pretty likely that for NASA this might be "public domain" due to
the FOIA. But still it's important that we know for sure.

* Each map should have a proper legend: The legend should have proper
explanations what elements / colors are visible on the map. Ideally this would
make the map more meaningful to a casual user (who has no idea about space or
whatever). See the other maps (e.g. the srtm.dgml or the schagen1689.dgml) for
inspiration.

If these two things are fixed then we can add it to the GHNS repository. Could
you fix these issues? :-) If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. We
are also hanging out on #marble on IRC.

In addition we should have support for "space" in the next Marble version.
Currently this just somewhat works by accident and pure luck (what Marble
version are you using? In Marble trunk panning is broken with "space" ... ).
If you are familiar with basic C++ then you could help us with this feature.

It's mostly about disabling some stuff like the grid, the scalebar and a few
other things when "Space" is selected as a planet. Otherwise we have to do it
ourselves. If you are interested in getting involved with this then we'd
gladly help (this really is a nice junior job, so we would love to help you on
this).

Best Regards,

Torsten
