[Marble] Feature wish list

Greetings Torsten,

Well, below I have listed out the features we need for rendering the map.

1. Rendering *individual* map layers.
2. Displaying only the *desired* legends.
3. Pasting a png on the map showing the desired latitude-longitude.
4. *Moving* that png when the desired latitude-longitude changes.
5. Showing the area (in the form of a bounding box) of some x
*kilometers*from the current latitude-longitude, on the map.
