Are builds for armeabi-v7a platform abandoned?

Hello,

i have question respective to the build for the armeabi-v7a platform, 
because the last build was released on 2 June.
Got builds for this platform abandoned or are they just postponed?
If i would decide to build it by myself, would it be still possible, or 
are there any reasons for this decision?
