Update the marble webpage

Greetings all,
Browsing the web I found out that some sites needed a an redesign. As
mentioned in the task, given in the phabricator website(
https://phabricator.kde.org/T10827), the marble website seemed  (
https://marble.kde.org/) to be outdated. If possible I would like to
redesign it based on the main KDE -Jekyll theme. Can you give me some
pointers to get started with, also should I contact the mentor of the
projects?
