Hi,

The latest upload of marble to Debian was rejected by the Debian ftp team as
the sgp4 3rdparty component provides no licensing information and thus it's
considered that all the permissions that the copyright allow to enforce are in
place (standard "all rights reseved" copyright).

The full message with the reject can be seen here:
https://lists.debian.org/debian-qt-kde/2016/06/msg00005.html

I'm considering contacting the paper authors requesting a license
clarification, but I wanted to contact this list first just in case you
already contacted them.

The authors of the paper are:
David A. Vallado <dvallado at centerforspace.com>
Paul Crawford <pcrawford at dundee0.demon.co.uk>
Richard Hujsak <rhujsak at agi.com>
T. S. Kelso <tskelso at centerforspace.com>

Happy hacking,
