Description

I added the possibility of moving an entire already-drawn polygon. It is done by simply dragging and dropping the polygon. However, it does not affect the nodes interaction (we only have moving so far).


Also, I got rid of the EditDialog which popped-up every time a ground overlay was clicked on. Now the overlay can be moved easier and the edit menu can be shown by right clicking the marked overlay and selecting 'Edit Ground Overlay'.
