Looking at https://developers.google.com/kml/documentation/kmlreference
(GeoData)TourPrimitives are regular (GeoData)Objects - similar to (GeoData)Features. Adding them to the (GeoData)Document and taking them into account for the GeoDataTreeModel looks like a sensible change to me.
