[Marble-devel] Default gpx waypoint icon

Hi,

I created a patch for having a default gpx waypoint icon. 

I am not able to understand how to get the reviewboard thing to work, it 
claims all the time "there do not seem to be any difference", even though 
there is.

So here is an old-fashined patch instead.

The icon I used is the standard flag icon from the oxygen actions directory, 
in 22x22 px.

A next improvement could be to try and use some common icons for waypoints, by 
utilizing the gpx "sym" field.
