This patch series is partly intended as RFC as it still has some rough edges:

- MapThemeSettings class, this stuff should go into ViewParams, however
  I'm wondering what to pass to StackedTileLoader? ViewParams sounds not
  so good here.
- SunLightBlending has some regressions, details are in [PATCH 05/13]

I'd be happy to get some feedback about the general approach and
especially about the two above mentioned points.
