Hi,
Lots of files are missing a license header. This should be either LGPL or a compatible license (GPL is not compatible btw.).
In Marble we follow Qt(/KDE) Coding style:
http://techbase.kde.org/Policies/Kdelibs_Coding_Style
http://techbase.kde.org/Policies/Library_Code_Policy
Also icons and artwork (colors ...) should match Oxygen style and/or the Oxygen color palette.
See normal palette of
http://www.oxygen-icons.org/wp-content/themes/oxy/images/figure4.png
Also descriptions should be understandable in common language.
Also this plugin covers a pretty special use case. However I welcome the inclusion of the plugin as long as it doesn't get in the way for more common use cases.
Nice work :-)

The others would require special sources and default to off. The icons, which are binary files, can be found at: http://www.hardakers.net/code/marble/aprs-icons.tar.gz
