I apologise profusely for posting this non-developer question on the
developers' reflector. I tried posting on the users' reflector (which I
realise is where it really belongs) but I received no responses there at
all, which I interpret as meaning that no one there knows the answer :-(
--------
Running karmic...
When I try to run the simple example at
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Marble/MarblePython I receive the error:
----
[HN:python] python simple_marble.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "simple_marble.py", line 27, in <module>
from PyKDE4.marble import *
ImportError: No module named marble
[HN:python]
----
I have every obvious (to me) package installed, but it seems like there
must be a non-obvious one that I am missing. (I note that the documentation
for python-kde4 and python-kde4-dev seem to make no mention of marble,
which also suggests that the necessary module(s) are in a different package.).
Which package(s) do I need to install in order to run the example?
