I've committed this part to trunk and backported it to Marble 0.7.

Well this would switch off the sun shading effect totally (and keep it switched 
off even if one would switch back to a different map theme).

Instead it should just ignore the sun shading setting. IIRC this would be done 
in the class MergedLayerDecorator.
