[Marble-devel] [RFC] implicitly shared plugins

Hi,

I'm currently trying to convert the plugins to implicitly sharing classes. 
When this is finished, the PluginManger can become a singleton.

Attached is my first patch regarding this issue covering 
MarbleAbstractFloatItem, FITemplateFloatItem and MarbleOverviewMap.
