The clouds view that has not been updated for yonks

SUMMARY 
Satellite view with Clouds layer not refreshed 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Marble
2. With Satellite view and Clouds selected
3. Observe

OBSERVED RESULT
No refresh of the Clouds layer for about a year or so

EXPECTED RESULT
A refresh of the clouds after 3-6hrs or so
