SUMMARY
The Coord Grid plugin is not always showing the latitude and/or longitude
labels.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the Plugin.
2. Pan a little, specially in featureless regions (seas in most maps) so you
can see the labels at left and bottom.

OBSERVED RESULT
