SUMMARY
When measuring the distance of a route using the measure points, it would be
convenient to know about the distance to any point, not just the total
distance.

I suggest to add tooltips to every measure point (except the first and last),
which shows the distance from the first point.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plase 4 measure points
2. Hover the third point

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing.

EXPECTED RESULT
A tooltip shows the distance from the first point over the second point to the
third point.
