example code showing the behaviour

There seems to be a difference between setting icon as path in the constructor
and using the setIcon method in GeoDataIconStyle. 

When using the setIcon on two different GeoDataIconStyle used for two different
GeoDataPlacemarks the both placemarks are rendered with the same icon.

Tested on windows7 with Qt-5.5 and mingw492_32
