Hi,

Thanks for your bug report. 
You probably missed this sentence in our announcement: 

"For the first version there are Germany and 200 cities world-wide in full
detail, as well as most European countries and the USA in high detail (up to
tile level 13 or 15). For the rest of the world we provide medium detail at
least (up to tile level 9). The plan, of course, is to provide full vector data
for the whole world in the near future."

I'm quite sure that we will have the UK covered at level 19 within the time
before Christmas. We do provide the London Area already - unfortunately the
western boundary of that portion is just about 8km away from your town (Big
sorry!).
