Some of the islands in Norway are not well defined on your current standard
atlas. I therefore suggest that you use openstreetmap and create an optional,
slightly more detailed map, let's say 700 mg in file size, or perhaps even 1
gb. Then you add a download button in Marble, and let user install it with one
click.
